Cooper-Standard Automotive Wins GM Supplier of the Year Award
Novi, Mich., April 5, 2007 - Cooper-Standard Automotive's Fluid Systems Division has earned the Supplier of the Year Award for brake and fuel lines from General Motors. The award is one of GM's highest supplier honors and was presented during a ceremony held Saturday, March 31, 2007, in Orlando at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes Hotel. Award-winners are selected by a global team of GM executives from purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, and logistics. Winners are chosen for excellence in quality, service, technology, and price.
At the ceremony to honor Supplier of the Year award winners, Larry Beard, president, Global Fluid Systems for Cooper-Standard Automotive, said: "The GM Supplier of the Year award is one of the most prestigious awards in the automotive industry, and we are honored to receive it."

Cooper-Standard's Fluid Systems Division provides brake and fuel line products for a number of GM's top-selling vehicles, including the Chevy Silverado/GMC Sierra pickups, and Chevrolet Impala.
