Cooper-Standard Automotive Appoints Keith D. Stephenson, President Body & Chassis Systems Division
Novi, Mich., June 5, 2007 - Cooper-Standard Automotive has appointed Keith D. Stephenson as President, Global Body & Chassis Systems. Stephenson will be located at the Cooper-Standard world headquarters office in Novi, MI and will report directly to Ed Hasler, President and Chief Operating Officer.
Before joining Cooper-Standard Automotive, Stephenson held a number of progressively responsible positions at the Boler Company and its operating unit, Hendrickson. This included Chief Development Officer, President of International Operations, Senior Vice-President of Global Operations and head of the Truck Systems Group. Additionally, Stephenson established and directed joint venture companies in North America, Europe and India. In earlier assignments, he worked for St. Regis Paper Company and United Technologies Corporation.
Stephenson earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration at North Central College in Naperville, Illinois.
