Cooper-Standard Automotive Appoints Turner Vice President Global Sales, Marketing & Engineering for Fluid Systems Division

Novi, Mich., July 2, 2007 - Cooper-Standard Automotive has appointed Lee Turner to the position of vice president global sales, marketing, & engineering for the Fluid Systems Division, effective today. In his new role, Turner will be directly responsible for the sales, marketing, and engineering teams globally. He will be located in the division's Auburn Hills, Mich., headquarters and report to Mike Verwilst, president Fluid Systems Division.

Most recently, Turner held the position of vice president - Asian Business Development and was responsible for providing leadership and focus to activities in Asia on behalf of Cooper-Standard Automotive Inc. Prior to this position, Turner has held several positions with the Company over the last twenty-five years including general sales manager for the Chrysler Business Unit, director of sales and engineering, executive director of Lean Enterprise for North American Sealing Systems, and vice president sales and engineering for North American Fluid Systems.

Turner earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering at the University of Akron in Ohio.
